Welcome to EyeRevive. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of oculaer.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. However, errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse orders affected by such errors, even after an order has been confirmed.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees, if any, will be calculated at checkout.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation. Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe.

6. Device Disclaimer & Contraindications

The EyeRevive is a personal-use cosmetic device intended to deliver low-intensity microcurrent (EMS), 660nm LED light, gentle vibration and warmth to the eye area. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Statements regarding wrinkle appearance, dark circles or eye fatigue refer to cosmetic effects only and have not been evaluated by the FDA. Individual results may vary.

Do not use EyeRevive if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or any other implanted electronic medical device
  • Have metal implants or piercings in the facial area
  • Have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or active eye disease
  • Have undergone recent facial surgery, laser treatment or chemical peels
  • Are under 18 years of age

Always read the included user manual before use. Discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if irritation, dizziness or any adverse reaction occurs. Do not use over broken skin, open wounds, or active acne. Keep out of reach of children. Do not look directly into the LEDs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, designs, and software — is owned by EyeRevive or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, our servers, or networks
