Shipping Policy

We ship every EyeRevive order with care. Below you'll find the details on processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and shipping zones.

1. Shipping Zones

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not yet available.

2. Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, standard delivery times are:

  • Continental U.S.: 5–10 business days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control may affect actual delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately via our contact form — we may be able to update it before the order ships.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors and household members
  • Look around your delivery location (porches, side doors, mailboxes)
  • Wait 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before final placement
  • Contact your local carrier with the tracking number

If the package remains missing after these steps, contact us. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and find a resolution.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. See our Refund Policy for next steps.

9. Customs, Taxes, and Duties

Since we currently ship only within the U.S., no customs, duties, or import taxes apply. Sales tax, if any, is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
