Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your EyeRevive purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee, described below.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund of the product price within 30 days of your delivery date if the product does not meet your expectations. The product may be partially used — we understand you need to try it to know.

2. How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request:

  1. Submit a request through our contact form within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, full name, and the reason for the return
  3. Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions

3. Return Shipping

For standard refund requests, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items (see Section 5), we cover the return shipping cost.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund (including any return shipping) at no cost to you.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items lost in transit due to an incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Items damaged after delivery through misuse
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed for shipping. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order ships, the standard refund process applies.

8. Exchanges

We currently offer a single product. For exchanges of damaged or defective items, please follow the process in Section 5 above.
